The Logistic responsible will have the following missions :

PURCHASE FROM OVERSEA (mainly from HQ) 国外采购（主要从法国总部采购）
        Asking quotation from overseas suppliers (Mainly from HQ)
从海外供应商询价
        Place the order to overseas based on the request and stock status.
向国外供应商下订单
        Checking and report the delivery time.
查询并报告采购周期

IMPORT & EXPORT MANAGEMENT 进出口管理
        Prepare the import documents,
相关进出口文件的准备
        Explanation of each product, find the HS CODE.
HS 编码的选择
        Contact with broker, VAT and Customs tax apply and check.
和运输公司/报关公司联系，处理有关税务事宜
Prepare all the documents for the Financial Dept. to pay the payment for overseas suppliers
为财务准备付款文件
        Book the plane and vessel
预定航班或仓位
        prepare the export documents, invoice and packing list
准备进出口文件，发票及装箱单

PLANNING 计划
        Calculation of purchasing based on available quantity and sales forecast
