你好，抱歉对于泡泡不甚了解，不过三年级开始的时候，只要学习习惯和能力别太弱，应该可以学，太早学反而效果未必是最好的。.

长期来看sbs1,2和新一都可以，sbs再补充现在完成时就可以了。老师抓得严点教得多点，学生学得勤点，都可以达到目的。短期的话可丛三到五年级暑假可加学3e(即原星考）二笔，三笔。.

老师，新3e和原来的三笔二笔比较变化大么？以前学过的，现在还需要再学么？.
