这次低年级段复赛,会不会也会考到2008年增刊部分? 培训老师说也说不准, 看来老师也摸BU到方向了.

最好有标准答案, 不然的话答案会五花八门的.

基本认可以下答案.
1. Cricket

其实上, 我很看重后面复赛中的20%题.  也喜欢大家一起来玩玩科普题.   因为80% 是很死的东西, 也不会让你"英"翻"中"的. 如果英文版看不懂的话, 考试也变得没有好玩性了(NO FUN ) ..

Snowy Owl

      Snowy owls are almost all white with just a few dark spots .  Males are whiter than females. They are most active during the day.
    Unlike other birds. whose eyes are on the sides of their head , owls have large eyes that face forwards. Snowy owls have yellow eyes and very good vision , but they cannot move their eyes as humans can . So in order to look around, they have to move their head , which has large of movement of about 270 degree.

Walrus
The Walrus is a large, noisy mammal with reddish-brown fur. Its two tusks can grow to be over 1 meter long. Besides , the walrus has 16 other much shorter teeth. They are often hunted by polar bears.
   Walruses spend most of their life in icy seas. The air sacs in their throat will let their head stay above the water and keep on breathing . However, they also enjoy sunbathing on the beach.
   Walruses are meat-eaters. They eat mostly clams , worms, and other animals. If they are very hungry, they will even eat seals.

昨天刚看到题目时,我第一反应 是火鸡,TURKEY,但是一想,火鸡不是家养了吗,怎么还住在树上?没有求证过它的生活状态,就没敢贴上来.

其实上可以读的内容很多, 我们积压了10几本(7-9级)没有看完. 对于3年级以下的小读者还是从基本科普阅读开始, 慢慢培养阅读兴趣和方法. 起步书目(黄面的那套)参见下面链接. 　
可以在WW123.net ,GOOGLE  科普英语阅读．　(前面链接好像有误)
