has 用于第三人称单数，如，He has got a new book. Peter has got a new bag.
have 用于其它人称 I have got a new bike.  They have got some apples.   Linda and John have got some new books.
have 和 has 表示拥有的有，There be  表示客观存在的有(be 动词就近原则）  There is a book, two apples and a ruler on the table.
