Qualification Requirement
-Two year college degree or Industry certification a plus.
-At least one year experience supporting networked PCs, printers, desktop applications
-Experience in a 24x7 heavy manufacturing, technology-critical environment is preferred.
-Willingness to serve in a 24x7 on call rotation and respond on site within one hour.
-Working knowledge of PC, local area network and Internet computing, including Ethernet, Windows, Netware and TCP/IP.
-Demonstrated ability to use problem management tool to research and document problem resolution.
