How do you think about civil-servant reports and public their family assets?

I think it's helpful on exposuring bribe & striking corruption. (Looks something wrong in this sentence, who can help me correct it? )

But then how to protect their personal information?.

I think it's not very practical.

First, there is no related regulations at this moment.

Second, even if government set up related ragulations, will our civil-servant  really follow the rules?.
