According to my doctor, solid food should be introduced at around 6 months old.
No egg yolk before 1 year old.
Depends on the soil, spinach might be contaminated. So the doctor advised me to buy canned baby food (for vegetables) because the rate of contamination can be monitored by the manufacturers. Of course we are not so sure about all the brands.
