PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-        Ensure overall financial management of XXX China, including General Ledger accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset accounting), Costing Accounting, Internal Controls, cash flow forecast and effective cash management.
-        Ensure quality and timeliness of all Chinese financial reporting; ensure compliance with Chinese and US accounting policies.  
-        Maintain close relationship with Tax Bureau, Foreign Exchange Bureau and local banks.
Partner with US auditors to complete annual audit for XXX China.   
-        Conduct quarterly internal audit and perform detailed financial reviews.  
-        Partner with business leaders in preparing strategic business plans & financial forecast.

JOB SPECIFICATION

-        Bachelor degree above & preferably with a professional accounting qualification, CPA is a plus
-        With a minimum 8 years finance experience in MNC with at least 3 years finance management
-        Broad knowledge in PRC and US accounting practice
-        Understanding costing, reporting, planning as well as control and compliance
-        Self-motivated and ability to handle multi-tasks
-        Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure
-        Problem solving and effective management/negotiation skills
-        Good communication skills (Written/ Verbal English and Chinese)
-        Strong and rigorous leadership style
-        Ability to influence and work with multi-functional teams
-        Strong process thinker
-        Excellent analytic skills
-        High adaptability
-        Be able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
-        Possess strong creative capabilities
-        Possess strong customer focus
-        Be able to effectively handle complex and difficult negotiations

WORKING LOCATION:
Shanghai
