Not sure where you live, but if you live in Minhang area, you should definitely check out Fudan Vanke. They launched a new 50/50 dual language program last September. Head teacher is American with 15 yr teaching experience.
For Grade One, subjects taught in English are: Phonics/spelling/reading, Geography, Science, History and Art. Subjects taught in Chinese are: Chinese, Math, music and PE. English subjects follow US curriculum (CA & Texas). Chinese and Math follow Shanghai curriculum. Tuition is Rmb 60k per year.
