1)Injection molding process using recycled materials with the ability to 100%.

2)Injection forming process has 100% of ability for use recycled materials.

3)Injection molding process is 100% recycled materials of ability.

WHICH ONE IS BETTER FOR USE IN THE FORMAL REPORT?

你这几个选项都不大好，容易让人误会你的注塑材料都是100%的回收材料。

估计你想表达的意思是所有的水口料都能在制程中回收使用，而不需要拿到其它的地方进行再加工以后才能使用，对哇？

如果是这样的话，就应该说：

All the runners can be recycled during injection molding production cycle..
