Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls & fax and handle mails
- Meet and greet clients, visitors and staffs in a pleasant manner
- Handle export L/C and banking documents
- Provide support includes data entry to the accounts department
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years of experience in managing reception area; handling export L/C and banking documents
- Proficient in PC skills, with the knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Detail oriented and good interpersonal communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
