要求如下：
Position Profile Name:  Field Applications Engineer – All Regions
Type of Position: Regular, Exempt
Reports to: Executive Vice President of Sales
Job Description/Responsibilities

To design-in the Company’s products to increase profitable sales and to assist in the definition of new products to address customer/market requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Scope of responsibility will be designing the Company’s products through:
Maintaining working relationships with key engineering contacts, sales representatives and distributor FAEs.
Working directly with customers on customer designs to improve the quality of results.
All other OEM direct Applications/Technical support – For example, resolving customer issues relating to prototyping and post-production support.
Technical support to Sales Network.
Presenting the product range to prospective customers.
Training sales personnel.
New product proposals and definition of new product specification requirements.
Assisting in the creation of Application and Design notes for inclusion into Applications literature and the website.

Secondary Responsibilities:

A weekly status report is to be provided.
Providing feedback to Corporate Marketing to support new product development and introduction.

Skills:

Sound presentation skills.
Great written and oral communication skills
Self motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively while remote from Company headquarters
High degree of persistence and discipline
Basic knowledge for navigating a Linux-based system.

Experience:

Recent and extensive (at least 3 years) hands-on FPGA/ASIC design experience, including development with Verilog/VHDL and common FPGA/ASIC software tools
Thorough understanding of high performance applications in or across all of the following areas: Networking, Communications, Test Equipment, High Performance Computing, DSP, and Video sectors
Does work without having to be closely supervised
Good judgment to set his/her own, efficient priorities
Although not absolutely required, some exposure to high speed SerDes experience would be nice

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent

是Achronix美国HR写信给我的前老板，我的前老板写信给我，让我注意一下有没有人推荐。所以，如果感兴趣的话，就把简历给我，我会转给Achronix美国HR。我还真不知道Achronix在上海哪里呢！.
