答案:1:Tom runs the slowliest in the class.
2:Tom runs the most slowly in the class.
哪个正确?

应该是答案1正确,SLOW只有两个音节..

我认为是2 , slow 形容词最高级 slowest , 副词 slowly 最高级 most slowly.

1, slow也可以是副词的，所以slowest 是对的.
