JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Manager
JOB HOLDER: OPEN
REPORTS TO AND DESCRIPTION AGREED BY: Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Direct and manage all sourcing and purchasing activities for China operations. Act as purchasing agent for all other
company locations.
• Including raw material, packing material and other intermediate material concerning production.
• The purchasing would including domestic and international importation.
• Arrangement of related shipment.
• Work with Project Manager or Production Manager to arrange all procurement of in the future as well as spare parts for the production.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field like Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Commerce from an
established University and have worked in chemical plant for 3 years would be ideal.
• Able to fluently speak Chinese and English
• Background and understanding of chemical material purchasing, quality control, regulations concerning
purchasing & transportation. Also related experience in EX goods handling.
• Working knowledge of budget control in routine practice
• Prior Microsoft Office experience
• Ability travel outside of China is desirable
• Strong IT knowledge preferably with experience in ERP system

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Raw material localization for short-term and long-term business targets.
• Direct and manage purchasing / transportation on an acceptable quality basis
• Oversee supplier corrective actions and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Track all purchasing / sourcing projects to assure on-time shipment to customers
• Provide direction, development and leadership to support personnel to assure that company goals are meet
• Implement internal controls and audits to assure division goals and policies are meet
• Implement expense control and cost saving programs
• Having good control for supply chain management including terms of payments, delivery and import duty &
VAT management for purchasing.
• Monitor performance of raw material sources to assure the integrity of part supply with best cost and quality
• Establish operating budget for the sourcing function
• Operation of the facility within all environmental, local and central government rules and regulations

ORGANIZATION:
Report directly to Business Development Manager
