rimary Responsibilities:
• Participate and lead strategic planning of the future product plans
• Lead Research and Development (R&D) team, according to customer request to design compatible products, and provide technical support correspondingly.
• Review and evaluate the work of team members, check the status of each projects, give appropriate encourage and technical advice.
Job description:
Design products according to business plan of the organization
Work with customer technical department, direct and support R&D engineers to design products for customer.
Responsibility for checking and pushing all works of electronic projects, and controlling on cost, schedule, quality, and reaching the target of project.
Responsibility for arranging the resource of R&D department in reason, including the personnel, all equipments and others. And responsible for checking and approving the solution of electronic system, the software, and the hardware.
Responsibility for new designed products debugging and trail run, preparation of documents for CE, UL or other electronic safety standards testing.
Work with Sales department for develop new customer. Make good cooperation and communication with related departments. Provide necessary technical support.
Review and maintain technical documents, BOM and related drawing. Creating product manual, standard and test specification.
The Successful Applicant:
• Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering.
• Eight years or above related experience in R&D area, of which three years in manager position.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Strong know-how in Electronic Component. And familiar with electronic, mechanical design software. Be good at MCU software & Hardware design.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacture, familiar with BOM, ECN, NPI, APQP procedure.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14000 and TS 16949 concept and quality management, standards.
• To be able to work under pressure. Can solve problem independently. Good team work player.
• Proficiency in written and oral English is a must; Good Computer skills..
