Position: Production Manager Location: Kunshan, Jiansu
薪资：20K左右

Organization:
Report to Operation Director. The production manager will be overall responsible for manufacturing. This position will work closely together with Quality, Purchasing, Technology service, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR.
Responsibilities
In charge of the production departments, including the workshops of HEPA and Ashrae and so on. Manage personnel and equipment according to company rules and procedures, optimizing use, delivery times, material usage, production and efficiency. Drive the required expansions.
Main work contents (include but not limited):
1. Responsible for ensuring performance to established safety, quality and productivity standards and best practices through engagement and involvement of work cell employees.
2. Lead the continuous improvement process to optimize safety, quality and productivity within defined manufacturing system and process limits through some best practice approaches.
3. Lead the work team. Communicate and reinforce expectations. Monitor performance and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with EHS and Quality and best practices and productivity targets by executing the performance management process.
4. Ensure work cell resources are adequate to meet plan (Right people in the right role at the right time)
5. Drive meaningful year-over-year improvement within established boundaries via employee engagement and continuous improvement tools, such as workout, lean sigma, etc.
6. Participate in the development of work cell operating plan (Labor Plan, Budget etc.) and action plans. Support cross functional, plant-wide improvement initiatives. Provides visible leadership and involves whole team in improvement activities to grow skills and increase engagement.
7. Training effectiveness for work cell team: All shift team leaders and area operators have been properly trained and understand EHS, Quality, Productivity and Continuous Improvement processes. Ensure work cell team members are qualified and capable of meeting expectations.
8. Responsible for holding team members accountable for their performance, including taking appropriate corrective action and disciplinary action if performance or behavior is not sustained.
9. Work together with quality manager and technical manager to finish the project transfer, and be responsible for new product import and localization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering, Chemical, mechanical or equivalent.
- 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in non-standard industrial products production, preferably in production or pilot production of air filter. Or experience in a multinational industrial parts.
- Good knowledge of air clean & purification formulation and production. Good command of written and spoken English.
- An obvious history of roles that clearly demonstrate successful Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Lean Improvement and business results.
- Clear understanding of Lean principles with demonstrated utilization and significant results.
- Leadership of continuous improvement team initiative with significant results.
- Leadership of Six-sigma problem solving team initiatives with significant results
- Facility management would be a plus. Japanese or Taiwan companies working experience is preferred
