Ensure that the business complies with all legal requirements; optimize tax planning and cash flow management. Custodian for:
1. Corporate governance and internal audit where applicable
2. Maintenance of the Chart of Account, and Accounting System (IT System), Yearly Budget and Finance Reporting
3. Maintain good relationship with tax officer, relevant government department or stat boards
4. Manage day to day operation of the Financial Department including those finance admin supporting staff in the branches
5. Supports financial analysis and business feasibility studies when called upon
6. Ensure good communication and working relationships with all internal division / department / team members
7. Set-up and implement good property finance management procedures on existing and future facilities
8. Provide regular update on existing facilities and accurate reporting to the management

Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or other related major
2. More than 8-year in similar environment. Familiar with Real Estate is preferred. Exposure to international or MNC working environment would be useful
3. Exposure to property development, planning and construction environment in PRC
4. Good command of English and Mandarin
5. Strategic & lateral thinking
6. Competent Multi-task management experience
7. Flexible and be prepared to travel regularly to outstation projects.
