Responsibilities:

1.         Manage recruiting demand within area of responsibility to ensure quality service is delivered and transformed recruitment process is followed.

(1)        Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility

(2)        Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets

(3)        Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to Unilever’s requirements

(4)        Administer Unilever external branding approach to ensure any advertising materials are suitable for the external market/publications

(5)        Administer referral process

(6)        Screen applications and select candidates

(7)        Conduct competency/behavioral based telephone interviews to all external candidates

(8)        Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required

(9)        Oversee offshore recruiter to ensure interview, pre-employment checks, contract production, on-board notice/preparation are coordinated properly and time.

(10)      Oversee offshore recruiters to ensure recruiting databases and tools are properly updated and utilized and standard and ad-hoc reports are provided timely

(11)      Review recruit files for completeness

(12)      Manage and direct hiring managers and through them direct the whole recruitment process

2.         Collect and provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership

3.         Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team

4.         First escalation point for any customer issues and problems in responsible recruitment areas

5.         Responsible for managing immediate team and monitoring output performance.

6.         And any other duties as required

7.         Supervise a group of onsite and offshore recruiters

8.         Participate and constructively contribute to company wide initiatives that are designed to increase the level of skill and competence in the organisation

9.         Respond to escalated issues/problems

10.       Provide client/business focused responses to change requests


Working experience:  4-5 years above at least focused on recruiting

Leadership experience preferred

Big foreign company experience

Corporate recruiting exposure with campus recruitment or HK marketing sourcing  (二者之一就可以了)

Fluent English

Good service delivery attitude

Passionate for our job nature and model
