Objectives:
To oversee the daily operations of supply chain to achieve logistics excellence in operation efficiency and cost effectiveness. And manage the 3PL to meet business needs and optimize logistics costs whilst achieving customer service levels.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
1.Manage Shanghai DC daily operations, monitor 3PL performance and identify area for improvement.
2.Manage and review supply chain KPI's, including overall logistics cost, with 3PL on a monthly basis and develop continuous improvement plans.
3.Understand local regulations and simplify the process of supply chain to reduce the logistics costs
4.Lead the logistics administrator to provide logistics service for China, ensure timely and accurate order processing.
5.Review replenishment needs to achieve cost effectiveness.
6.Minimize inventory discrepancy among company, 3PL and physical; identify, verify and rectify the discrepancy.
7.Define and coordinate key promotions and initiatives by creating streamlined and efficient programs across multiple markets.
8.Responsibility for advertising and promotional budgets and spending.
Requirements:
1.Certificate or higher degree in business related fields with training in shipping, accounting and supply chain management.
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics or supply chain.
3.Knowledge of inventory or warehouse management.
4.Solid experince in managing 3PL.
5.Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
6.Good business/financial acumen.
7.Strong planning, organizing, and execution skills.
8.Good communication skills and a team player.
9.strong English conversation skill.
