Responsibilities:
1.         Manage recruiting demand within area of responsibility to ensure quality service is delivered and transformed recruitment process is followed.
(1)        Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
(2)        Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility or a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets
(3)        Provide guidance/expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to client’s requirements
(4)        Administer client external branding approach to ensure any advertising materials are suitable for the external market/publications
(5)        Administer referral process
(6)        Screen applications and select candidates
(7)        Conduct competency/behavioral based telephone interviews to all external candidates
(8)        Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities as required
(9)        Oversee offshore recruiter to ensure interview, pre-employment checks, contract production, on-board notice/preparation are coordinated properly and time.
(10)      Oversee offshore recruiters to ensure recruiting databases and tools are properly updated and utilized and standard and ad-hoc reports are provided timely
(11)      Review recruit files for completeness
2.         Collect and provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
3.         Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
4..         Communicate recruiting policies and procedures to candidates and hiring managers etc.
5.         Negotiate offer to successful applicants to ensure offer terms are clearly delivered, selling messages are integrated and applicants’ expectation are appropriated managed.  

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor degree or above.
2.  Fluent in both oral and written English&Cantonese
3.  At least 3 years related working experience
4.  Strong team player
5.  Analytical skills and problem solving skills
6.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
