Well I don't think it's an efficient way to walk for exercises. Skipping ropes works well, and a plan could be important. You need to increase the number(times of skipping)regularly, and a stair-like plan like this does help in many situations..

My colleagues told me that grapefruit helps lose weight.  I didn't like the taste when I first tried it but now it is one of my favorite fruits..

Yes very oftern grapefuits are sour and bitter but the goods ones are sweet and juicy. If you add a little honey it will taste better..

brisk walking.. I'm doing now, already 1 month, after work from office to Metro line station, spend 30 minutes at least 4 times a week. but have no any result.... anyway I will keep walking.... for my health, if can lose weight, that will be a bonus.

A western guy in my office walks over 2 hours a day. Besides, he walks really fast and we can't catch up..

From a newspaper,Iknow that everyone should walk after lunch and supper.It is a good way to keep heath and fit .But you cannot walk after meal immediately. You should have a rest about 30 minutes. And then you walk..

How long have you done weight losing excerises? I was told that a custom standed should have done after 21 days.And it will become a part of your lifestyle after 3 months.You konw I just want to encourge you..

walking is nice way for weight losing,i used to walk with my husband and son  after dinner last summer,but it is so cold  now,i give up walking ,so the effective is not very obvious, the most difficult is insisting on  and having a good habit..

Not everyday.

Only workday, and only when the weather is nice.

Walking is not a bad choice for losing weight. But the best way to lose weight, would be yoga. That's my personal choice, it can shape you body and make you feel peaceful....

language is for expressing ourselves and comunicating with others, howerver there is also life and beauty in it, there are certain rules to use it appropriately as well. What a cold day! It's chilly outside..

I always jog for 20-30 minutes with the speed of 5.5 km per hour on my own running machine we bought about two years ago.
It was effective to reduce my weight about 5kg.
For no boring,we bought a LCD TV,and hung it on the wall like the gym..

I just started walking two to three times per week, for 50 minutes to 70 minutes each time. My target is to lose 3kg within 2 - 4 months and then to keep the then weight. So far I haven't seen progress yet. Will keep trying..
