JOB TITLE: Quality Supervisor
JOB HOLDER: OPEN
REPORTS TO AND DESCRIPTION AGREED BY: General Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to have quality control, quality assurance and HSE within the production facility,
allocating the resources necessary to meet customer orders. Specific job responsibilities include raw material,
packing material, base material quality control in operations with a focus on problem solving, organization, and
economic impact. Maintain an emphasis on health, safety, environment, quality, and continuous improvement. Act
as a resource for employees in carrying out both daily activities and team-based problem solving efforts. Keep
employee focus on correct quality and safety direction along with total manufacturing and
ng and supply chain process.
Additionally this position will receive training in Germany.
This position would help to have all application job when system sets with local government.

DIMENSIONS:
• Total plant area.
• Limited employees in the lab and HSE.
• Lab area routine work.

KEY RESULT AREAS:
• Control production activities with QC testing results
• Manage all quality audit or HSE audit from internal or external requirement
• Make sure all batch result would be fit company global quality requirement.
• Identify training needs of quality and HSE group and accomplish training
• Support site in obtaining ISO 14001, ISO 9001, TS certifications.

ORGANIZATION:
Report directly to General Manager.
