Regional Manager, Staffing Asia Pacific

Responsibilities:
•        Take a creative, innovative and action orientated approach to resourcing activities in the Asia Pacific region创新、主动地工作,在亚太区搜索资源
•        Build and develop strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, work collaboratively with them to achieve best practice while increasing the customer satisfaction建立和发展很强的可持续的关系,与内部外部利益相关者,合作者保持联络,提供客户满意度
•        Work closely with hiring managers about the recruiting planning and requirements and keep track on the recruitment status与招聘经理紧密工作,关于招聘计划和要求,跟踪招聘状态
•        Manage the whole lifecycle of the recruitment process管理招聘的整个环节
•        Manage and improve vendor relationships (search, temporary labor, career transition).管理和提高供应商关系,包括搜索,临时劳动,职业转换
•        Partner with hiring managers to streamline staffing processes and identify other process improvement opportunities 与招聘经理一起提高招聘绩效,识别出其它提高效率的方法
•        Manage the online system effectively and accurately有效且准确地管理在线系统
•        Coordinate candidate and management throughout the selection and on boarding-process与候选人和管理者沟通,参与筛选和入职流程
•        Support other HR related projects; e.g. Campus recruitment, new hires integration program as assigned支持其它的人力资源项目,如校园招聘,新招聘,其它交给的工作。

Requirements:
•        Bachelor's degree or above with major in HR 人力资源本科
•        Professional training in interviewing skills is preferred.  受过专业的面试训练更好
•        Minimum of five years solid experience in recruiting field; via in house HR or executive    search firm 至少5年招聘经验
•        Exposure in electronic manufacturing environment in the multinational context; particularly in China; preferred在中国的跨国电子制造公司经验更好
•        Familiar with a variety of recruiting channels and knowledgeable of the assessment methods熟悉不同的招聘渠道和评估知识
•        Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both oral and writing is a must. Knowledge of other Asian languages are preferred.中英文中语和书写精通,会其他亚洲语言更好
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, out-going, professional ethics, integrity, confidentiality and patient.优秀的沟通技巧,主动,开朗,职业道德,忠诚,保密和耐心.
