COUNTRY MANAGER: ISRAEL
You will develop the marketing and sales volume in your zone. The country manager is in charge of:
• Implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the country, according to the Guidelines provided from Headquarter
• Visit new potential customers and maintenance of the existing ones to achieve the sales target of the country
• Establish close relationships with customers
• Follow up of the entire sales process (from the agreement to the delivery)
• Post-sales support to customers, complaints and resolution of critical incidents
• Coordination with technical department to give technical advice and support to customers; warehouse to follow up deliveries
• Market research to understand specific needs of customers and what competitors are doing in the country
• Co-ordinate closely with HQ marketing people for country fairs
• Identify important project more than 2MW in the country and work closely in team with Key Account Manager from HQ
Ideal age 28 – 35 years old
Graduation University Bachelor or Master
Skills Self-motivated and business driven. Negotiation, organization, Available for very frequent international travels, Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability, Strong oral/written communication skills in English
Languages Minimum = English
another european language appreciated
Experience required Solar Experience is a plus. Previous sales experience in industrial B to B product. Mini 2 years working experience
Office hours Standard Office time : 40H / week
Traveling Requirements Frequent Travel
Pay To be discussed: fix + sales bonus
