a 和d都对

答案a用的是与数量有关的名词所有格形式,相关用法有:
a week's wage 一周的工资
a day's journey一天的路程
an hour's drive开车一小时
two weeks＇ notice提前两周通知
six months' leave六个月的假期

答案Ｄ用合成词做定语．相关用法有:
two-year-old　２岁大的
three-hour　３小时的
ten-minute　１０分钟的

答案A 的话，是否漏了一个不定冠词“a”[em04] ？.
