The best way to learn English in China is reading.
The best way to learn English in the world is living in a English first language country..

Have a girl/boy friend speaking native English, or marry a GUIZI..

practice...practice...practice...nothing else..

Correct!Read aloud,over and over..

reading, recording and repeating.

actually, there are no shortcut way of learning english, there are no best way as well, but there may be some way that suits you better, which depends on your current proficiency and your future expectation..
