Job description:
Responsible for all Ads sales target for the Bund, including:
        Develop right ads sales strategy & target together with GM
        Build up and manage the ads sales team
        Develop sales management system and incentive system for the team
        Achieve the ads sales target according to the plan
        Communicate with editorial team to develop right content related promotion or integrated marketing promotion

Requirements:
        Successful pass record on ads sales and management in the mentioned industry
        With good relationship with 4A agency and brand company
        Self motivated and also inspiring leader, team player
        At least 8 years working experience in relative field and with 3 years management experience of a sales team with 5-10 people
        Very good communication and interpersonal skill
        Looking for growth opportunity instead of a job
